Mvuy women and girls have committed suicide as the result of brutality of soldiers. The inhabitants are left starving, the Germans fearing they would revolt if taken to prison camps. GERMAN STEAMER CAPTURED Copenhagen, Feb, 24. A British auxiliary cruiser captured the German steamer Dusseldorf on a voyage from Tromsoe to Stettin.
