WEIGHTS for the first day’s events, including the Trial Plate, will be declared on MONDAY, the 11th day March, 1918, and lor the Second Day’s events at the office of the Club at 7.00 p.m. on the evening of the first day, ACOE PTANOEB for the first day’s events, including the Trial Plate, will close with the Secretary at the office of the Club, Bulls, on FRIDAY, 15th March! 1918, at 9 p,m, and for the Second Day’s events at ho same place at 9 o clock on the evening of the first day, PENALTIES, — The winner of any race after tne declaration of weights may no re-handicapped by the handioapper, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
