A REVOLUTION EFFECTED.
SENATORS ARRESTED.
TERRIBLE CIVIL WAR
Times. Received an. 31, 1 p.m. Stockholm, Jan. 30. It is reported that Finland revolutionaries have overthrown the Senate, arrested the Senators and occupied the Government departments. The Guards Corps, remaining faithful to the Government 1 , refused to down arms. A bloody struggle is expected to become general, spreading throughout the country.
