FIVE CRIMINALLY MAD DUTCHMEN.
ATTEMPT TO BLOW UP ARSENAL. LUCKILY THEY WERE PREVENTED. Received Jan. 30. noon. Amsterdam, Jan. 29. Five ' Revolutionary Socialists were arrested in the act ot attempting to blow up the Amsterdam arsenal. They belonged to the socalled Dutch Bolsheviks. 'I bo prevention of the explosion was sheer wondroful luck. TO COMMANDEER SHIPPING. Received Jan. 39, noon; Sydney. Jan. 30. in the Assembly, Dr. Arthur gave notice of motion urging the Federal Government to commandeer all coastal and intor-State shipping and use it for carrying food.
