The Maximalist and Loft Social Revolutionaries’ (general Committee have adopted a formula refusing to sij.il peace, anil refusing to wage wax. The Bolsheviks intend to adopt a policy of passive resistance towards Germany.

THE UKRAINIAN SECESSION.

The only possible course is a relentless struggle with the Rada until iho Soviets are completely victorious. _ . Papers stito that the Ukrainians and Bolsheviks are both mobilising. A general engagement is expected in a few days near Kieff.

TELEGRAPH WIRES CUT. ANARCHY IN FINLAND. Sockholm, Jan. 28. - Telegraphic communication with Potrograd has been interrupted since Sunday morning. It is reported that the Red Guards cut the lines.
