TROUBLE IN CHINA.
BRITISH AND JAPANESE FIRED ON.
PROTEST TO CHINESE GOVERNMENT. Tokio, Jan. 24. The Foreign OSlice has announced that the southern and northern Chinese who fired on the Monocacy continue to attack British and Japanese ships. A strong protest has been sent to China.
