RECALLING OF SARRAIL.
ATHENS, Dec. 19. The newspapers state that General Sarrail is being recalled, he having been appointed to a higher post. He will be succeeded by General Gnillaumnt. It is also reported that the French admiral commanding the Allied squadron in the Aegean Sea has been replaced by Rear-Admiral Fatu.
