Dalgety and 00., Ltd., Palmerston North, report having a good yarding of sheep at their Marton sale on Monday, the 17th inst. Competition was not keen and several lines failed to reach vendors’ reserves. Quotations: —Sheep: Mixed 2ths 26s to 275, 2th ewes 26s to 275, 2th wethers 27s 9d. Cattle: Dairy cows £7 os.
