REGISTRATION OF ALIENS . ACT, 1017. NOTICE. Alien is required to make application far registration in tne prescribed form not later than Ist December, 1917. Alien ” means a person of either sex not less than fifteen years of age who is not a British subject either by birth or by naturalization in New Zealand. Alien seamen may register with Collector of Customs af port where vessel is lying. Every such application shall be in writing in duplicate, and shall be made by delivering same personally to a Registration Officer. A certificate of registration will be issued upon receipt of each application. Forms of application are obtainable at all police stations throughout the Dominion.
