ANOTHER MYSTERIOUS FIRE
ATTEMPT TO BURN COKERS.
THREE SIMULTANEOUS OUTBREAKS. Per Press Association, CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. No fewer than three fires were discovered to-night in Coker’s Hotel, which is one of the largest in Christchurch, and is situated near the scene of this morning's fatal outbreak. The first was in the dining-room, but was of small dimensions and was speedily extinguished. Later a fire was discovered in an unoccupied bedroom on the first floor, and thd burning bedding from this was found later at the bottom of a back stairway, where it had kindled another incipient fire. Neither of the three outbreaks resulted in much damage, but in view' of the recent happenings, they lead to the belief that an inccndiarist is at work.
