OBJECTION TO BUDGET. (Received Friday, 9..‘50 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Oct. 12. The Reichstag, after a stormy sitting, voted the supplementary budget, both Socialist groups voting against it. This .means that Ilelfferieh remains in. office. The Socialists throughout hotly attacked Michaelis. OOP. REfiL ENEMIES.
