EEBMBN ATTACKS NEAR RICA. . RUSSIANS CSPUTRE VILLASE. LONDON, Oct. 11. A wireless Russian official message says that in the Riga region the enemy pressed back some of onr companies southward of Pskov, on the highroad, and attempted to fraternise with our troops. South-east of Jaeobstadt wc captured the villages of Manila and Tubul, westward of Urmia, releasing 200 Syrians. The enemy tied across the Great Lake, destroying three bridges.
