AUSTRIAN TORPEDO BOAT CAPTURES' NO FISHT IN THE GREW. (Received Saturday, 1.15 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 12. The Italian Embassy annonces that the Italians captured an Austrian torpedo boat. The crew surrendered without firing a shot. SEWDISH AFFAIRS. LIBERALS TO FORM A GOVERNMENT. (Received, Friday, 11.30 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, Oct. 12. The King has been asked to invite the Liberals to form a Government which will include the Socialists. Official negotiations have been opened with Germany regarding the importation of largo quantities of corn and potatoes from Germany. Herr Branting (Socialist) comments that the proposals may react on Sweden’s chances of getting anything from the other side.
