WILL HELP IN MANY WAYS. Received Oct. 12, noon. Peking, Oct. 11. The Ohineao r Govermment replying to the Entente, thanked them for the postponement of the pay men ■of the Boxer indemnity and promises to give faculties for unlimited supplies for the Allies and for recruiting skilled labour, will observe the strictest control of enemy subjects, prohibit trading with the enemy and permit posts ■vacated in the Government service to bo Idled by the Allies. Internal disturbances will be quelled, allowing the allied commerce to proceed without interruption. Enemy shipping will be recharterod by the Chinese Government.
