AMUSEMENTS.

" ■ MARTON CINEMA. There was a splendid house at the Town Hall on Saturday evening to witness ihe fine programme of pictures presented. Both the World’s star and the serial were followed with keen interest, and the supporting pictures were also well selected. On Wednesday will be screened another famous Metro, “Pennington’s Choice,’ featuring a screen favourite. Beverlej’ Bayne, who takes a donble role. Some very exciting incidents occur and the beautiful scenery through which the picture is acted should be a great draw. Among the supporting programme are some fine gems, including a Topical Budget, “The Ring and the Rajah,” drama, and “Fable of Sister Mae,” a S. and A. comic.
