BREACH OF WAR REGULATIONS.
Per Press Association. Palmerston North, Oct. 16.
In the reserved judgment of Mag-istrate-Poynton in the case against Charles Dahl for trench of War Regulations by writing a letter to Denmark with the intention to procure importations of goods otherwise than in pursuance of a license for such importation, his Worship said there was no intentional breach and imposed a line of £5 and costs.
