A wireless from Bucharest reports that considerable Russian reinforcements are expected, also a French military mission. The King is assuming personal command of tbe army.

General Berthelot, who heads the mission to Roumania, commanded an army corps on the Somme and prominently collaborated with General .Joffre on the Marne. He has considerable reputation as a strategist.
