Re'uter. Bucharest, Sept. 11. Official —There is heavy fighting in the Manos valley west of Toplitza, in Transylvania. We occupied Osikerla.

The Roumanians are bombarding Widin, Lompalauka and Rahova, which are in flames.

BULGARS EVACUATE VARNA

Times. Petrograd, Sept. 10. The Bulgarians are evacuating Varna—a port on the Black Sea. A BULGARIAN REPORT, Times. Petrograd, Sept. 10. A Bulgarian communique says: Our Dobrndja advance continues. Tbe Roumanian garrison at Silistria attempted to assist at Turtukai on Wednesday, but were defeated and driven back to their fortress. Russian, Servian and Roumanian troops participated in bitter fighting at XJobrick on Wednesday and Thursday, but were completely defeated.

EVACUATION OF VARNA.

Received Sept. 12, 11 a.m. London, Sept. 11. The Bulgarian’offensive in the Dobrndja has been arrested. The Russian fleet is formidably bombarding Balcbik.

The rushing of the Bulgarian right is causing the evacuation of Dobricb.

Tbe Bulgarians report tbe evacuation of Yarna in conseqennce of the Russian advance along the const, cutting off Varna from the Dobrndja railway, coupled with the fleet’s bombardment taking Varna between two tires.
