WE MAY FORGE THE KATTEGAT. RETAINING THE OFFENSIVE SUGGESTED. London, May 23. The Times’ Naval correspondent says the Germans are obliged to consider the eventuality of our forcing the Kattegat. Whatever their North Sea object may he in conjunction with military operations on the Baltic that policy rules the strength of the naval forces used.
