PENALTIES. . PLAT RACES. In any handicap race (except the Marton Cap Handicad), the winner oi any Hat race after declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of 101 b, and of every additional race a further penalty of Gib extra. No penalty will be required in an open race for having won a hack, or hack races. HURDLE RACES. - The winner of any race after declaration of weights shall carry a penalty of 101 b, and k for every additional race 71b extra. RULES.
