VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY.

ACCUSED DISCHARGED.

Per Press Association. Auckland, Nov. 30. Amelia Perry, charged with the murder of her husband at Ramarama in September, was acquitted at' the Supreme Court to-day. Evidence lasting for two days was heard in regard to the shooting of the deceased in his hed, as the result of which the accused was arrested some time ago. After a retirement of 31 minutes the jury returned a verdict of not guilty and the accused was discharged.
