Advices from Monastir on Thursday state that the situation has improved. Four thousand recruits have joined the garrison. A French battery has arrived, and is co-operating with tho Servians in tne direction of Prilepe.

Rome, Nov. 29,
A fresh struggle for the ponession of Krnshevo has begun. When reinforced, the Bulgarians began attacking the harra-'sed Serbians.
