A movement is progressing at Lahore for Nox-tbern India to supply seven aeroplanes at a cost of £35,000. The latest gifts from Indian Princes include the Thakur Sahib of Morvi and chief of Mira, munition work shops; Prime Minister of Nepa loan of mechanics ; Maharaja of Benares, offer of an ambulance corps and special revenue exemption to all State subjects on active service; Nawab of Malerkotia, ambulance motor and many other various donations. The Chief of Wankaner has proceeded" to France and the Maharaja of Idar and the Jam of Navanagar will return to the front in the middle of December, after attending the marriage of the Maharaja of Jodhpur. Crowds gathered at the Bank of France all day long. Subscriptions will he received for three weeks. General Joffre’s order of the day appeals to the troops to write home urging the people to subscribe. He adds: After 1870 v/e issued a liberation loan. This, through your efforts, will he the loan of victory. GERMAN ROBBERY OF POLAND ALL CROPS COMMANDEERED, London, Nov, 26. A member of the Polish Independence party states that the main feature of German administration in Poland is the utmost economic exploitation of the occupied territory. Russian Poland is abundantly able to produce foodstuffs to feed the population, hut Germany has commandeered all the crops. Thousand of waggons are ceaselessly taking it away to Germany, and the Germans use machinery to systematically and speedily root up the crops. They are stripping the country hare of food.
