The Tofua arrived from Alexandria at 5 p.m., with invalided soldiers. The vessel had a line passage ail the way, but fog was experienced south of Australia. Private Hall (Canterbury Battalion) was taken to hospital. He became a little feverish a few days ago, but it Is not thought he will be seriously ill. All the others, appear remarkably well after the sea voyage.

The Hons. Alien and Hassell were present to receive' the men. A civic reception will take place tomorrow morning.
