New Tork, Dec. 1. The Britiili Consul at Bisbee, Arizona, has asked Sir Cecil SpringRice to protest at Washington against Arizona’s new initiative law, whereby no business house employing more than five persons shall have Jeis than eighty per cent, of Americans. A mass meeting of Britishers drew up a protest and forwarded it !o Sir C. Spring-Rice.
