LAST BARRIER BROKEN. THE CITY ON FIRE. The Dally Chronicle says that previous reports of the investment of Cracow were premature. A Milan newspaper states that the last barrier to the- city has been broken by the Russians, and heavy siege guns are bombarding it. One suburb is on fire. VON MOLTKE IMPRISONED. INTERFERED WITH CROWN PRINCE. The Daily News’ Copenhagen correspondent says Von Moltke’s Danish wife writes that her husband is a prisoner by the Kaiser’s orders in the Palace at Homburg-Vorder-Hohe for interfering with the Crown Prince’s operations on the west front in the early stages of the retreat.
