United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Mexico Oity, Nov. 29. Villa’s forces are advancing on the capital. A train was derailed and seventy killed and injured. Villa states that he does not intend to enter the capital unless Gntierrier and Zapata accompany him.
