In the Assembly the Motor Car Amended Bill passed its -second reading, the Chief Secretary stating that it was proposed to prevent two • persons riding on a motor cycle unless a trailer was attached. He characterised a girl sitting behind a man on a motor cycle ap improper and immodest.
