GISBORNE STABBING AFFRAY.
Per Press Association. Gisborne, March 10. Peter August Johansen was charged with assaulting John Brecknell, and causing bodily harm in connection with last night’s stab bing affray, at the Police Court this morning, and remanded for eight days. The polide stated that Breck nell was seriously injured, and there is no telling how the case might turn out.
