Received March 20, 1 p.m. Oettinje, March i) An Austrian battalion crossed the frontier ac Metalja and fired several volleys into the Montenegro barracks, killing one and wounding four. They then occupied Sfenokos. The Austrians state that the Montenegrins tried to stop the battalion on Bosnian territory. Montenegro has protested to Austria and the Powers.
