WEIGHTS for the First Bay’s events, including the Maiden Hack Handicap Race, will be declared on MONDAY, the 16th March, 1914, and for the Second Day’s events at the office of the Club at 7.30 p.m, on the evening of the first day. ACCEPTANCES for the Sirst Day’s events, including the Maiden Hack Handicap Race, will close with the Secretary at the office of the Club, Hulls, on FRIDAY, the aotbh March, 1914 and for the second Daf’s events at the same place at 9 o’clock on the evening of the First Day. . PENALTIES. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be rebandioapped by the Imndfoapper. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1.
