ABDIISGTON SALES. Per Press Association. Ghristcimrch, September 10. At Addington to-day, the yarding of store siieep was very small. Good ewe hoggets 19s to 20s sd, other ewe hoggets 16s to 17s, best lines of mixed and wether hoggets 163 6d to 17s 2d, good sorts 16s, small and' inferior culls lis, small and interior lines 14g, four and six tooth wethers 223 to 22s Bd, two and four tooth, fairly forward to 20s 6d, two tooth low conditioned 18s lid, aged and low conditioned ewes 12s Bd. Fat lambs, best, made 25s to 28s, and lighter sorts 19s. Fat sheep prime wethers 23a 6d to 295, lighter 21s to 235, prime ewes 20s 6d to 27s 4d, others 17s lid to 265, hoggets 18s 6d to 20s, merino wethers 18s to 225, merino ewea 18s 3d. Fat cattle, steers £7 15s to £ll 2s 6d, extra to £l6 12s 6d, heifers £6 7s 6d to £9 ss, extra to £.13 ss, cows £5 15s to £9, extra, to £l2 15s. Stores, yearlings made £ll 12s to £ll 13s, fiftsen to eighteenmonthssorts£2 6s to £3 15s, two year steeis£s Is, two year heifers £4 3s, two and a half year steers £5 Is, three vear heifers £4 2s 6d, dry cows £1 15s to £5 10s, dairy cows made £Bto £1 Is

Pigs, ohoppers made £5 Is to £6 Is, large baconers £3 12s 6d to £4 4s. lighter £2 15s to £3 Is These prices were equal to 6d to per lb. Large porkers made £2 18s to £2 12s, lighter 4s to 465. This was equal to to 7d per lb. Store pigarealised 3Ss to 425, medium MSs to 375, small sorts 22s to 27s Only one pen of weaners came forward and these sold at 225.

STOCK REPORT. Abraham and Williams Ltd report on Johnsonville sale, on Wednesday s—A fan entry of bullocks oame forward, some extra heavy being yarded. A fair yarding of wethers also oame forward. Extra prime heavy bullocks realised £l4 15s to £ls, to £ls Is 6d, light bullocks £1 17s 6d to £ll 6s, extra heavv wethers 31s, prime wethers 26s 6d, light 25s 2d, prime spring lambs 20s to 21 4d. Dalgefey & Co. report having a medium entry of sheep and cattle at Palmerston on Thursday, which sold as follows: —Small mixed hoggets to 13s 3d, fair mixed hoggets to 15s, store cows £2 17s, £3 17s to £4 ss, small 2 year steers £4, small yearling steers £2 17s, empty heifers £3£s.
