With a balance brought forward of £85,222 to distribute the directors propose a dividend of 6 per cent, on preference, 6 per cent, on ordinary shares and 6 per cent on shareholders' purchases of merchandise, a 25 per cent rebate on commissions, except wool, 5 per cent bonus oh salaries. The directors will suggest at the annual meeting an issue of £50,000 worth 6 per cent preferential shares to meet the expansion of the business. '
