I was ordered to conduct sixteen prisoners to headquarters. Two arrived. We massacred the others. ” TURKEY’S FRONTIER PROPOSALS. Constantinople. August 28. The Government shortly submits to the Powers and Bulgaria definite proposals on the frontier question.
