PLOT TO ASSASSINATE HIM. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. London, August 18, The Daily Express says the Foreign .Office has been warned of a plot to assassinate Lord Kitchener, who is holidaying, in England. Detectives are endeavouring to trace an Egyptian Oxford undergraduate, a close adherent of Farid Bey, - the Nationalist leader. The undergraduate lias avowed his intention to procure the assassination.
