Received July 9, 11a.m. London, July 8, The Judge in summing up said there was, no question of Sir John Scott's soundness of mind and they failed to find fraud on the pait of Lady Saokville. Many witnesses' statements were coloured , with prejtidice and partisanship. ' The costs are estimated at £20,000.
