CANADA'S NAVAL BILL.
United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received May 27, 2 p.m. Ottawa, May 26. The Naval Bill is before the Senate. It is understood that the Senators will return the Bill to the Commons with a recommendation that it first be submitted to the people and that the Commons will reject tha recommendation, returning the measure to the Senate. It is likely that the Liberals will allow the Bill to pass.
