THE LIBERIAN CONCESSIONS.
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Berlin, March 5. The Reichstag debated Lever Bros,’ Liberian agreement. The Government announced that it had protested against the concession as contrary 'to German and Liberian commercial agreements. Liberia replied that the Legislature had not given the necessary sanction. If the contingency arose, Germany’s treaty rights would be protected.
