This is the culmination of a long series of dissensions between the Moderates and Dutch extremists in the Cabinet. Capetown, December 10. Viscount Gladstone, GovernorGeneral of South Africa, has accepted the resignation, and has invited Mr Botha to form a new Ministry. Received December 16, 10 a.m. Capetown, December 15. Mr Leucbars has resigned. Messrs Botha and Hertzog are the protagonists of the warring section. Hertzog commands about 20 followers.
