Nineteen convicts revolted at Rawlins penitentiary in Wyoming, and escaped. They had a brisk fight yrith the guards. Nine were captured. The town is in a state of terror and the populace is under arms. A noted desperado commands the convicts, who threaten vengeance if attempts are made to recapture them.
