DESPERADOES ESCAPE.
TOWN TERROR-STRICKEN.' United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright Received October 14, 9 a.m. New York, October 13. Nineteen convicts revolted at Rawlins penitentiary in Wyoming, and escaped. They had a brisk fight yrith the guards. Nine were captured. The town is in a state of terror and the populace is under arms. A noted desperado commands the convicts, who threaten vengeance if attempts are made to recapture them.
