A meeting of the officers of the Ministry of War sent a deputation to the Saltan asking him to dissolve the Chamber and appoint Kiamil Grand Yiziar. The Sultan thereupon issued a proclamation upbraiding the officers for formulating claims can-, trsry to the Constitution, Ha stated that i3O relies on the Army to avoid politics.
