A privatf representative meeting ol the British Medical Association at Liverpool overwhelmingly voted a resolution awaiting confirmation by the pleasrj? s esioo. A correspondent states that the resolution recommends a rupture in the negotiations with Government. Dr. ThorntonHough said when the conntry had twice in twelve months declared in favour of the Parliament Bill, it was with their knowledge that it was the intention that 16 should be used to caray the self-government of Ireland, tho'establishment _cf religions equality in Wales and simplification of the franchise.
