CRUISER SINKS FISHING LAUNCH.
A BATTLE AT SEA. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright, Received July 19, 1p m. Vancouver, Juiy 18. A fishery protection cruiser arrested an launch fora breach of the fishery laws. The Americans refused to surrender and the cruiser’s men used their rifles, and finally rammed and sunk the launch, rescuing tbe men The launch was fishing within tbe three miles limit off Vancouver Island.
