ROCKEFELLER'S MONEY.

Senator Gallinger is introducing a Bill to incorporate the Rockefeller Foundation in Columbia. He ex-
plained that Rockefeller has already given away fifty-two million dollars, and seeks a method of disposing of his fortune for the benefit of mankind. The aim of the Foundation is to promote the well-being of the people of the United States and its possessions abroad, the dissemination of knowledge and the relief of suffering.
