Mr Whitney, Premier of Ontario, aa promised to ' earnestly consider an influential deputation’s request to take action la the Assembly to, induce Sir Wilfrid Lauder to add to the naval proposals [two or three Dreadnoughts to ba provided in the first instance in order to cement the formation of the fleet units. The deputation is similarly approaching all provincial legislatures.
