SPECIAL ORDER. Notice is hereby given that the following Special Order was adopted at the Council meeting of the 11th instant. To be raised from the Minister of Finance under part II of « The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” at a rata of interest not exceeding three pounds ten shillings per annum. The Council of the County of Po hangina hereby give notice that such Council proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan within the meaning of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 180 S,” and its amendments, the sum of £2OO to be expended in the construction and formation of drains in the township and suburban sections of the Pobangma Township, the same being a legal subdivision of the County and forming part of Section X Pohangina Survey District. The Council proposes to pledge a Special Rate of 8 16ths of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value of all the rateable property within tha Pohangina township and suburban sections of such township as security for the said loan of £2OO and interest and other charges thereon. It is proposed that the whole amount of the loan shall be repayable at expiration of a terra not exceeding forty-one years, to be computed from the date of raising the loan. Notice is hereby further given that It is proposed to pay out of the loan the coat of raising the same and the interest for the first year. And notice is hereby further given that such Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on SATURDAY, the Bth day of January, 1909. 13 A NGIT IK E I COUNTY •**> COUNCIL.
