Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held in the Town Hall, Apiti, on WEDNESDAY, the seventh day of April, 1909, at the hour of noon, when the subjoined resolution, which was passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday, the twenty-fourth day of March, 1909, will be submitted for confirmation as a special resolution: “ That the Apiti Sawn Timber Company, Limited, be wound up voluntarily.” Should the resolution be confirmed, a further resolution will be proposed at the same meeting for the appointment of a liquidator, for the purpose of such winding up, and fixing bis remuneration.
