Michael Darmody [and Thomas Hynes were remanded at Galway on a charge of the murder of Constable McGoldrick at Oranghwell, B. Nanghton testified that he heard shots and saw the constable fall. Darmody threatened to kill him If he told what he saw. He identified Hynes as accompanying Darmody.
