PLAGUE IN SYDNEY.

Another city inspector has been suspended, it is alleged, for neglecting to do his duty in connection with the outbreak of plague. A rat-catcher at Newcastle has developed a suspicious illness. He ar-‘ rived a few dyas ago,from Sydney, where he was engaged in ratoatohing at Wearne’s flourmill.
