PENALTIES. The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any raco after declaration of weights:—Of the value of 50 sovs. 61b ; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b ; 150 sovs, 101 b. j 300 sovs. and over, 141 b., provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101 b. and over will only carry half these penalties.
